Deset let pracoval jako ředitel střediska volného času a pedagogického centra. Založil občanské sdružení AISIS, kde je v současné době místopředsedou správní rady. Pracuje v projektech zabývajících se rozvojem organizací a jejích vedoucích pracovníků. Řídí projekt Rubikon, který se zabývá zodpovědným rozhodováním. Více než patnáct let spravuje e-learningový portál s desítkami na míru vytvořených e-learningových kurzů. Řídí evaluační a hodnoticí nástroj „How2Know“, on-line nástroj pro evaluaci organizací a hodnocení úrovně kompetencí pracovníků. Má třicetiletou lektorskou, facilitátorskou a konzultantskou praxi v rozvoji organizací a vedoucích pracovníků.

V projektu Svetovanje za zaposlene na LU Jesenice dajemo velik poudarek vrednotenju neformalno pridobljenih znanj oz. ključnih kompetenc. Tudi podjetja se vse bolj zavedajo, da za uspešnim poslovanjem stojijo zadovoljni in usposobljeni zaposleni, ki s svojim delom izkazujejo pripadnost podjetju, v katerem so zaposleni. Sodelovanje s podjetjem, pri katerem smo izvedli vrednotenje komunikacijskih kompetenc zaposlenih, predstavljamo v tem prispevku.
