Met dank aan Erasmus+ liep Jacqeline van Leeuwen van het Vlaamse steunpunt voor cultureel erfgoed Faro van 9 tot 13 december 2019 stage op het Ierse ministerie van Cultuur, Erfgoed en de Gaeltacht (= de Ierse taal). Ze wilde er ontdekken hoe Ierland inzet op de Conventie van Faro en welke rol is weggelegd voor participatie van erfgoedgemeenschappen.

Call for sending partners for KA104 (Adult Education) training course in London, UK: ‘Positive futures: Building linguistic and cultural competence and resilience’

This 5-day course is for language teachers and support staff working with asylum seekers, migrants and refugees. Participants will develop their knowledge, confidence and skills around cultural diversity and how to better support their learners.

Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, Lehrenden im Projekt Eduskills+ pädagogische Strategien für kosmopolitisches Engagement und Diversität sowie das Philosophieren mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in einer Community of Inquiry (Forschungsgemeinschaft) anzubieten. Das heißt den Schüler*innen Fähigkeiten und Wissen mitzugeben, die nötig sind, um sich in einer globalisierten Welt zurechtzufinden und als aktive Bürger*innen am gesellschaftlichen Leben teilzunehmen zu können. Vorurteile sollen abgebaut werden, Kinder und Jugendliche aus allen Ländern sollen bei der Integration unterstützt werden.

Watch the 'after event movie' of the ERASMUS+ contact seminar on Active Citizenship for organisations in formal and non-formal adult education, organised by the Flemish National Agency, Epos from 27 to 30 November 2019 in Landcommanderij Alden Biesen in Belgium/Flanders. Representatives of 19 countries, all organisations working on the improvement of adult learners’ active citizenship competences in the formal or non-formal adult education sector, were present.

Common concerns of parents are dealt with, and a number of activities encourage parents to take the initiative and get to know better migrant/refugee parents. Materials can be used for self-study, for discussion in trainer-facilitated meetings or both in combination.

Looking for KA104 job shadowing partners in the field of language teaching to immigrants

CFA Jacint Carrió i Vilaseca is a state school for adults located in the town of Manresa, 65 km from Barcelona, in the north-east of Spain. We are working on a KA 104 application for 2020 related to language education for immigrants. We are interested in hearing about new methods in teaching official languages for new arrival groups, initial evaluation systems, and strategies to encourage them to improve their language skills, not only at school but in other social environments as well.

Das Konzept der solidarischen Landwirtschaft breitet sich in Ungarn immer weiter aus, da es immer mehr Menschen gibt, denen es wichtig ist, ihre Lebensmittel aus zuverlässigen Quellen zu beziehen. Zsófia Perényi sprach mit einem Mitarbeiter der Tempus Public Foundation über ihr Projekt in dem Bereich und darüber, was solidarische Landwirtschaft mit der Ausbildung erwachsener Lernender zu tun hat.

From the 22nd to the 26th November 2019 the 5th and final NG Europe Training Course on “Green and Social NGO Leadership“ took place in Graz, Austria, with participants from Austria, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, and Spain.

The NGEurope project fosters community action through civic engagement and developed a training course which teaches participants valuable knowledge about founding, funding, supporting and managing NGOs as well as the required skills to be able to contribute to this sector.

The purpose of our project is to give service of distance education for all course attendees especially housewives, university students, and refugees. Thus, we will help adults to gain features in both liberal education and vocational area with different branches. Within our project, a web site that includes educational contents like videos and photos has been prepared. A platform that our students can benefit from educational activities whenever they want has been presented.

U okviru ERASMUS programa - kreditna razmjena - raspisan je konkurs za studente prvog i drugog ciklusa  studija za odlazak na razmjenu na Univerzitetu Santjago de Kompostela,Španija.

Dostupne su dvije stipendije za studente prvog i drugog ciklusa u trajanju od pet mjeseci.

Razmjena se mora realizovati u lljetnom semestru akademske 2019/20.

Iznos stipendije:

-Mjesečna stipendija u iznosu 850.00 eura ( za troškove života)

-Putni troškovi do iznosa od 360.00 eura 

-Viza,dozvola za boravak i osiguranje nisu obuhvaćni stipendijom

El IES Mar de Alborán es un centro de Educación Secundaria, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de Adultos situado en Estepona, Málaga, con un alumnado que ronda la cifra de 1,500 y un claustro de 110 profesores. Se trata de un centro muy dinámico con un profesorado muy participativo y un equipo directivo que fomenta el desarrollo de proyectos de innovación.

Migrant Liter@cies MOOC

The Migrant Literacies MOOC is a free online course created within the project Migrant Literacies co-funded by the Erasmus Plus programme of the European Commission. The partnership of the project involves experts working with migrants and literacy teaching of institutions working in the field of media education, adult education and higher Education of 8 European Countries: Mediawijs (Belgium), Tartu Folk Highschool (Estonia), Centro Zaffiria and Fo.Co. Network ( Italy), JFF – Institut für Medienpädagogik(Germany), Tilburg University (Netherlands), POLIS (Poland), Proacademy (Slovakia) and SSF – Solidaridad Sin Fronteras (Spain). The course is made of 9 modules and explores the potentials of innovative and creative uses of ICT and Media in the effective teaching of Literacy to migrant adults. Objective of the course is to develop media and digital literacy competences of educators, while addressing the needs and challenges of their learners – adult migrants, in particular those with low literacy levels in the own language. Through videos, activities and background information, participants get to know more on various topics such as the importance of multiple literacies, why using ICT in language learning, data privacy and App usage, the potentials of using mobile media and the use of digital technologies for empowerment of learners. It is aimed at educators working with adult migrants, as well as at institutions able to implement training activities for teachers and teaching staff: Universities, Centers of Research and Training, Adult Education Centers, Networks of Associations working with Migrants, national and European organizations. The course strts the 15th of January 2020 and goes until the 17th of March. Each module will have the duration of one week, starting every Wednesday and ending Tuesdays with a streaming session scheduled for 14:00h (CET). During the week participants can use the forum for feedback, questions and interact with the tutors, which will be also available real time for the streaming session at the end of each module.
