EUMENTORSTEM IO1- Qualitative Needs Assessment : The training needs of Migrant women with a STEM background and the professionals supporting them

EUMentorSTEM aims at supporting the employ ability of migrant women  with a STEM background (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), either as employee or as entrepreneurs. This objective will be pursued by the Consortium through the development and testing of innovative and self-tailored Mentoring & Coaching (M&C) learning and training materials targeting both migrant women and the professionals  interacting with this highly specific group of beneficiaries. Training and learning materials will be available on a virtual hub hosted in the project website www.eumentorstem.eu

Mobility: The Inclusive Experience for Vocational Education and Training

This event is targeted at Vocational Education and Training (VET) Providers who are interested in learning how Erasmus+ VET mobilities could benefit their learners. In particular, it will focus on learners who face greater barriers to inclusion (such as students with disabilities or students facing socio-economic barriers).

The event will highlight supports which Erasmus+ can provide to VET providers, both for their general student population and specifically for these students facing inclusion barriers.

It will also discuss how ECVET (the European Credit System for Education and Training) can be used to support mobility projects.

Our project has been prepared for students who are studying Information Technologies at Ankara Yenimahalle Ahi Evran Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Participants consist of 10 students from Yenimahalle Ahi Evran Vocational  and Technical Anatolian High School who are at 11th and 12th grades and 2 vocational teachers who will accompany them.

ARTEM: Training migrants and locals in interculturality

ARTEM is an Erasmus Plus project coordinated by Pistes-Solidaires (France). It aims to bring together local communities and newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers more effectively. The integration of migrants at the local level is based on a dynamic and reciprocal process: mutual understanding is not only a question of language but also of cultural codes to which attention must be paid if reception and integration are to be successful.

ARTEM : Former les migrants et les locaux à l'interculturalité

ARTEM, projet Erasmus Plus coordonné par Pistes-Solidaires (France) vise à mieux faire se rencontrer les communautés locales et les personnes réfugiées et demandeurs d’asile, nouvellement arrivés. L’insertion des migrants au niveau local repose sur un processus dynamique et réciproque : se comprendre mutuellement n’est pas qu’une question de langue mais aussi de codes culturels auxquels il faut prêter attention pour que l’accueil et l’insertion se passent bien.

A felnőttképzés integrációs szerepe az alacsony képzettségűek körében az Észak-alföld régióban

A disszertáció a felnőttképzés munkaerő-piaci és társadalmi integrációban betöltött szerepének, a regionális gazdasági fejlődéshez való hozzájárulás lehetőségének elemzésével foglalkozik. Érdeklődésünk középpontjában az alacsony képzettséggel (vagyis érettségivel nem) rendelkező munkavállalói csoport áll, amelynek foglalkoztatása különös nehézséget jelent egy magas képzettséget igénylő posztindusztriális társadalomban.

Hátrányos helyzetű társadalmi csoportok és a felnőttképzés: esély az integrációra?

Napjainkban, akár felnőttképzésről, akár felnőttoktatásról van szó, az esetek nagy többségében a képzés bemeneti oldaláról rendelkezünk széles körű ismeretekkel. Részletes adataink vannak az akkreditált intézményekről, az oktatókról, a képzések felépítettségéről, tartalmáról és mennyiségéről, viszont kevesebbet tudunk például a lemorzsolódókról, a távolmaradókról, a felnőttképzésben való alacsony részvételi arány okairól. Arról is keveset tudunk, hogy a felnőtt életútjában következett-e be valamilyen változás a képzésnek köszönhetően, sikerült-e elhelyezkedni az új képzettséggel vagy sem.

Podręcznik do kursu TIK z elementami genealogii (16 scenariuszy lekcji + instrukcje)

Podręcznik powstał jako rezultat współpracy partnerów z 3 krajów: Turcji, Polski oraz Włoch w ramach projektu Partnerstw Strategicznych Erasmus+ "Learning Tree". Jego głównym celem była edukacja osób starszych w obszarze TIK, a jako motywację wykorzystano w projekcie genealogię. W ramach projektu zaprojektowano kursy komputerowe opierające się o 4 moduły: (1) podstawowe umiejętności w zakresie obsługi komputera, (2) podstawowe umiejętności w zakresie korzystanie z Internetu, (3) tworzenie drzewa genealogicznego przy wykorzystaniu komputera, (4) tworzenie drzewa genealogicznego z użyciem aplikacji mobilnych (wprowadzenie).

Develop the potential of skills resulting from an international mobility!

REALISE is an Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership project funded by the European Commission involving 10 universities in Europe and a large number of associate partners. It aims to embed staff mobility in HEIs’ institutional strategies for modernisation and internationalisation, more particularly as a valuable element in the process of “internationalisation at home”, helping raise the awareness of the international dimension of higher education among both academic and administrative staff.

Il vise à intégrer la mobilité du personnel dans les stratégies institutionnelles de modernisation et d’internationalisation des établissements d’enseignement supérieur, en tant qu’élément précieux du processus “d’internationalisation in situ”, contribuant à sensibiliser le personnel universitaire et administratif à la dimension internationale de l’enseignement supérieur.
