Overall the aims and objectives of this project was clearly develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the individual partners of the European community. Activities are aimed at knowledge and understanding of European cultures, promoting foreign language skills, reinforcing the idea of the school as a place for constructive and creative learning and encouraging pupils to develop the necessary skills to become better European citizens.

La Plataforma de Aprendizaje Permanente (Lifelong Learning Platform) y el Fondo Europeo de la Juventud crearon la Coalición Erasmus+, en 2015, una alianza informal de organizaciones de la sociedad civil con amplia experiencia en el trabajo con Erasmus + y las generaciones anteriores del programa.

Ambas organizaciones coordinan el diálogo entre las instituciones de la UE y las organizaciones de la sociedad civil de toda Europa que representan a todas las categorías de beneficiarios del programa.

Within Erasmus+ project “Developing Competences for Efficient Use of Language, New Methodology and Innovative Technology in EFL Classroom” five teachers and course director from Blackbird language school from Serbia have completed their mobility programme with the partner organisation, York Associates from England.

The Erasmus+ National Agency from Serbia - Foundation Tempus in the period from 3rd to 7th September 2018 organizes "Schools Week" during which all interested parties will have the opportunity to learn about the possibilities that schools and preschool institutions have within the Erasmus+ programme.

Oppland fylkesbibliotek har i 3 år deltatt i Erasmus+ prosjektet "Daily innovators and daily educators in the libraries", et samarbeid med partnere i Latvia, Litauen, Polen og Nederland. I denne artikkelen får du vite litt mer hva prosjektet handler om og hva vi har gjort.

Kilka lat temu na południu Hiszpanii w pięknym otoczeniu miasta Sewilla w samym środku lata … uczestniczyłam w projekcie, gdzie miałam przyjemność współpracować z osobami różnych narodowości. Oprócz mnie i mojej koleżanki Polki brali udział również Hiszpanie, Czesi, Niemcy, Japończycy, Brytyjczycy. Praca nad projektem była dość wymagająca, ale miałam poczucie, że w takim składzie eksperckim nie napotkamy trudności.

Stručna voditeljica obrazovanja Učilišta Ambitio sudjelovala je na tečaju „Inovativni pristupi u poučavanju“ (Innovative Approaches to Teaching) koji se održao u Helsinkiju, Finskoj u organizaciji partnera projekta ITC International iz Češke, a u sklopu Erasmus+ projekta „Mobilnošću i ambicijom do novih dodanih vrijednosti za polaznike“ sufinanciranom sredstvima programa Europske Unije Erasmus+. Na petodnevnom tečaju sudjelovali su sudionici iz više zemalja Europske unije (Portugala, Španjolske, Mađarske, Slovenije, Grčke, Bugarske, Poljske, Francuske i Njemačke).

Now Head of the Institute for research and development of education within Slovenian Third Age University, Dušana Findeisen has been dealing with education of older people in former Yugoslavia, Slovenia and in many European countries since 1984. In 1986 she co/established Slovenian Third Age University together with prof. dr. Ana Krajnc from the University of Ljubljana, developed its specific model and started building theory of older adult education and social participation of older people in relation to their life course, social transitions and local development. Education of older adults in Slovenia led to the establishment of nearly 1000 workplaces for educators of all generations and numerous local initiatives of self-organised groups of older people.

According to the United Nations High Commissioner on Refugees (UNHCR), over 1 million asylum-seekers and migrants reached the European Union via the Mediterranean in 2015 alone; that is, nearly five times as many as in 2014. The UN’s refugee agency estimates that 84 percent are from countries that, because of war or other circumstances, qualify them as refugees. This overwhelming refugee crisis poses many immediate challenges that should be addressed at different levels within the European Union.
