This hands-on event will allow participants to:

  • explore the concept of 'Citizenship'
  • develop a deeper understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals 
  • develop creative tools and resources to explore SDGs with young people/learners
  • learn about the possibilities within Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps and develop project ideas further.

 

Where and When

This event will be held in Waterford and South Tipperary Youth Service, Manor Street, Waterford on Monday the 11th of March between 10am and 4:30pm. 

Rein Callewaert is medewerkster van het scholenproject bij Centrum Basiseducatie Brusselleer. Dankzij het Erasmus+ project 'Bridging the key skills gap' ging zij van 12 januari tot 10 februari 2019 naar Hogeschool Rotterdam op jobshadowing. De focus lag op ouderbetrokkenheid bij laaggeletterde ouders. Het werd een lange en bijzonder rijke jobshadowing. Haar verslag deelt zij hier.

One of the highlighted problems in education in Serbia is early school leaving. It is not just that kids leave school after high school, but there are also many kids that put an end to their studying after elementary school. Poverty and uneducated parents who neglect their children's education are usual causes in this matter. Since students like that often appear in our school, we tried to learn how that problem is resolved in European countries. We were curious to see how this subject is treated in an advanced educational system, on the one hand, and in an educational system that is still in development process, on the other hand. In that way, we chose Norway and Portugal as countries that are ahead of us in solving the issue.

Il progetto DiM, partito ad Ottobre del 2018, è un progetto Erasmus+ per l’educazione degli adulti che guarda ai linguaggi come ad un’inesauribile risorsa culturale, uno specchio del mondo o di una fetta di mondo che a volte ci arriva frammentaria e lontana con i suoni esotici dei linguaggi che non sappiamo decifrare. Molto spesso nel nostro lavoro ci troviamo infatti in difficoltà quando siamo di fronte a studenti poco scolarizzati che parlano lingue a noi sconosciute e che non possiedono alcuna altra lingua di contatto.

Discus (HVO Querido) is an innovating organization who helps people in society who are struggling for life. Many of these people have suffered from mental illness and/or addictions, which mostly leads towards a form of homelessness. Two of their employees have visited Budapest for a short week of job following organized by the Erasmus+ project.

Konferencija „Obrazovanje odraslih osoba sa invaliditetom- iskustva i izazovi“, održana je 06.02.2019. godine u Banjoj Luci u sklopu realizacije Erasmus+ projekta „I choose not to place „dis“ in my ability“. Ovo je prvi put da jedna ustanova za obrazovanje odraslih u Bosni i Hercegovini učestvuje u ovakvom programu.

Povodom šestog susreta po redu u okviru realizacije ovog projekta u okviru Erasmus+ programa, domaćin Socijalno-edukativni centar SEC ugostio je partnere iz Turske, Italije i Poljske u Banjoj Luci, Bosna i Hercegovina.

Integrating Asylum Seekers and Refugees into Higher Education in Europe – National Policies and Measures, si propone di valutare, in seguito all’aumento dei livelli migratori degli ultimi due anni, fino a che punto i sistemi nazionali siano in grado di rispondere alle esigenze dei richiedenti asilo e dei rifugiati nell’istruzione superiore. Se è vero che esiste una forte domanda potenziale di istruzione superiore tra la popolazione dei rifugiati, non si può dare per scontato che questa richiesta sia facilmente soddisfatta. Erasmus Plus KA 2 Strategic Partnership VET – Project Partner needed for Skills Evaluation Project

To whom it may concern,

We are a private education and training provider from Austria (www.ipcenter.at), with 20 years of experience in developing and implementing vocational education, training and guidance projects.

Currently we are looking for suitable project partners from all over Europe to cooperate in our new project idea to develop and evaluate a basic and inclusive online tool to test digital skills of disadvantaged and marginalized groups on the labour market.

Partner for Erasmus + KA204 project

We are a public center of adult education in Portugal, Lisbon, which welcomes adults from multiple social and cultural background, including adults from countries whose mother tongue is nor Portuguese, acquiring a multicultural and multilingual identity. We won a KA1 Erasmus + project in 2017, witch is in course until july, which was born from the need to open our scholl abroad, learning from peers, from other cultures and languages, ways of organizing lifelong adult education using ICT. With the atendedourses, participants acquired diverse skills related to: - ICT in the creation of pedagogical tools through digital platforms; - ICT in the use of digital platforms that promote a motivating learning environment; - ICT in creative response to the temporal limitations of actors in adult education; - ICT in school organization with impact on lifelong learning, based on collaborative work. Seminariet vänder sig till dig som planerar att söka medel för ett Erasmus+ projekt och/eller dig som har ett befintligt projekt med koppling till temat. Plats för seminariet är Amsterdam, Nederländerna den 27-29 maj 2019. Du anmäler dig senast den 10 april. Totalt två platser är reserverade för svenska deltagare.

Den 6-7 maj 2019 har du chansen att kunna delta vid ett Erasmus+ kontaktseminarium i Bryssel, Belgien.

Seminariet vänder sig till dig som är projektkoordinatorer inom pågående projekt, Erasmus+ mobilitet och/eller Erasmus+ strategiska partnerskap. Under seminariet får du lära dig mer om hur ni kan kommunicera under projektet och hur ni bäst sprider era resultat. Du får även möjlighet att dela med dig av era erfarenheter och kunskaper.

Nu har du möjlighet att delta vid ett kontaktseminarium i Florens, Italien den 7-9 maj 2019. Tillsammans med övriga deltagare skapar du ett europeiskt alumninätverk. Nätverken ska fungera som huvudaktörer för kommunikationskampanjen för det framtida programmet för Erasmus.

Au moment de la rédaction du projet Erasmus+ « EMVOI » - partenariat stratégique pour l'enseignement et la formation professionnels, il n’existait pas sur le marché d’outil permettant l’évaluation, la formation voire la certification des gestionnaires de projets européens (EUPM – EUropean Project Managers). Cela est désormais révolu puisque le projet EMVOI (2016 – 2018) a vu la création d’un outil en ligne permettant l’auto-évaluation, la formation (apprentissage autogéré) et l’accompagnement vers la certification ISO 17024 (instructions).

Urgent partner search for project named <Conscious learning environment thorough HEARTFULNESS practices>

EDUFOR will develop together with APEEV - Association for Excellence in Vocational Education a new Strategic Partnership project for VET education. Our project aims to introduce Conscious Learning Environment into education. We'll develop and run 2 blended type training courses dedicated to VET trainers (including disadvantaged persons: old/very young/women’s trainers). The courses will be teaching face to face and through e-learning. We'll develop specific skills related to conscious coaching for VET teachers. After the validation of their learning outcomes some of them, named ambassadors will participate into “heartfulness course”. The “ambassadors” will be enrolled as voluntaries and will apply the “heartfulness” course with their own students. An impact report on VET learners will be produces with the help of project staff and ambassadors. We need to find partners with the same needs and with own practices/methods to share in the field of conscious coaching, relaxation, meditation and rejuvenation practices. We need also a partner which apply “QUANTUM coaching” and can host a “joint staff training event”. Another partner will consider it will be the one with a large impact at European level capable to disseminate the project results and propose new measures to EU/National bodies and in the mean team experienced into coaching and/or heartfulness/mindfulness field. Looking for partners in Erasmus+ KA2 project - adult education, non-formal educaton, active aging


Project name: „My Treasure – Our Treasure”
Planned duration: 18-20 months

Target group: adults around and above 55 years and pensioners
Problem statement: In rural small communities the older generation possesses countless material and intangible virtues and values, which for them are common and may seem less valuable, but in reality it’s significant in its kind and in the community.
Our goal is to show and to highlight that:
- they possess knowledge that is of importance in regard of microhistory

European policies and the national policies of Belgium, France and Luxembourg focus on access to training by persons who are less qualified and alienated from the work place.  The teams of EPALE (Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe) and EAAL (European Agenda for Adult Learning) from these three countries have therefore decided to organize jointly a conference to broach the issue of the role played by adult training in social inclusion. This event will provide a prime opportunity for the different stakeholders in this matter to meet.

The "Danube Delta" Economics College has been involved in the Erasmus + strategic partnership project  - entitled "Vocational Educational Training for Skills, Competence and Practice for Economy", number: 2017-1 - AT01 - KA219-035010_7.

The project takes place in the interval 1.09.2017 - 28.02.2019.

The following activities were carried out  during the project:

EPALE National Support Service issues an electronic magazine each month tied to the thematic focus on EPALE. The magazine contains a selection of most read blogs on the platform translated into Serbian and other articles relevant to adult education in Serbia and Europe.

In accordance with the EPALE monthly focus the magazine in October 2018 dealt with Projects and partnerships.

Key-Co System Training Course in Madrid

From 4 to 8 February, the first training course developed by Key-Co Systemproject will be held in Madrid, Spain. Teachers and educators working in the the field of adult education will take part to a 5-day seminar hosted by the Spanish organizations Solidaridad Sin Fronteras and Asociación Guaranì. Many challenging topics will be on the agenda: the migration issue, the methodologies to enhance the life experience of the adult learner, the need to overcome ethnocentrism, prejudice and discrimination.

Los Proyectos de Cooperación a Futuro, Forward-Looking Cooperation Projects (FLCPs), son proyectos a gran escala con el objetivo de identificar, probar, desarrollar o evaluar enfoques políticos innovadores que tienen el potencial de integrarse y mejorar los sistemas de educación y formación.

Το ΣΔΕ Σάμου ολοκλήρωσε με επιτυχία το πρόγραμμα “Integration of refugees in the classroom” ("Ένταξη των προσφύγων στην τάξη"), το οποίο πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσω του προγράμματος κινητικότητας ERASMUS+ του ΙΚΥ. Το πρόγραμμα ξεκίνησε στις 1/9/2017 και ολοκληρώθηκε στις 31/12/2018. Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτή, υλοποιήθηκαν ποικίλες δράσεις με σκοπό την ομαλή προσαρμογή των προσφύγων στο ελληνικό εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα και τον ελληνικό πολιτισμό.

Training Course: ECVET – practical issues

The school of the future is beyond the walls of your school and beyond the boarder that surround your country when it comes to developing competencies and acquiring a given vocational education and training qualification. Mobility of citizens – workers and students – in Europe is increasing and has been encouraged by several European initiatives, such as, the initiative 'Youth on the move', a Europe 2020 initiative, which aims to improve results of education systems and to facilitate the entry of young people in the labour market, in particular through programmes of study, learning and training, financed by the European Union, as well as platforms designed to help young people to find employment in the Union. In this way, the number of I-VET learners who take up the challenge of participating in a European mobility programme during their academic training is also increasing. At the European level, namely for the education authorities in each country and the schools themselves, the challenge is the transparent validation and recognition of learning outcomes and qualifications acquired abroad. The European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET), established by a Recommendation of the European Parliament and of the Council on June 18, 2009, is a common methodological framework that facilitates the accumulation and transfer of credits allocated to learning outcomes from one qualification system to another. Its objective is to promote transnational mobility and access to lifelong learning. This training course will provide you with knowledge and competencies on how to put into practice the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training – ECVET – as well as with practical methodologies and tools previously tested in a project and considered by the Portuguese National Agency as a good practice.
