Agencija za predškolsko, osnovno i srednje obrazovanje potpisala je Sporazum o istraživačkoj, stručnoj i tehničkoj saradnji s JU Centrom za stručno obrazovanje Crne Gore. Potpisivanje Sporazuma rezultat je dugogodišnje uspješne saradnje dvaju institucija s ključnim ulogama u razvoju stručnog obrazovanja i obrazovanja odraslih u svojim zemljama.
Sporazum o istraživačkoj, stručnoj i tehničkoj saradnji potpisan je tokom studijske posjete predstavnika Agencije za predškolsko, osnovno i srednje obrazovanje Crnoj Gori, realizovane od 1. do 3. aprila 2019. godine.

The Agency for Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary Education has signed the Agreement on Research, Professional and Technical Cooperation with the Center for Vocational Education of Montenegro. The signing of the agreement is the result of many years of successful cooperation between the two institutions that have a key role in developing vocational and adult education in their countries.
The Agreement on Research, Professional and Technical Cooperation was signed during the study visit of the representatives of the Agency to Montenegro, realized on April 1-3, 2019.
Certification of education and training is not a new concept in Denmark or other countries, as several forms of certification and accreditation already exist, but certifying vocational courses offered via e-learning is a new development. In this context, e-learning is treated as an overarching term which encompasses blended learning as well as purely web-based learning (distance learning). The pilot certification scheme covers descriptions of the objectives, content and organisation of e-learning courses, taking into account the participants’ prior learning.
Certificering af uddannelser er ikke en nyskabelse i hverken Danmark eller andre lande, idet der allerede findes adskillige former for certificering og akkreditering, men det er nyt, at certificere erhvervsrettede forløb udbudt som e-læring herhjemme.
E-læring opfattes i denne sammenhæng som overbegreb for dels blended learning, dels ren netbaseret undervisning (fjernundervisning). Den afprøvede certificeringsordning dækker beskrivelser af mål, indhold og organisering af e-læringsforløb under hensyntagen til deltagernes forudsætninger.

I Örebro kommun gjorde vuxenutbildningen för snart två år sedan en resa. Från att ha varit utspridd runt om i staden samlades nu all typ av vuxenutbildning och stöd till vuxenstuderande till ett och samma ställe. Banden till nya Campus Risbergska klipptes officiellt den 9 november 2017.

KFL ja EPALE ootavad kõikide KFL liikmesorganisatsioonide koolitajaid esimesele ühisele koolituspäevale. Leiame sel päeval vastused küsimustele: Kes on koolitaja ja millised on tema kompetentsid? Milline on täiskasvanud õppija täna ja tulevikus? Kuidas toetada õppijat õpibarjääride ilmnemisel? Kuidas toetada õpitu rakendamist ja hinnata koolitusel õpitut?
Građansko obrazovanje prepoznaje se u svim segmetima obrazovanja. Neki sistemi proučavaju ga kao poseban predmet, drugi kao oblast a neki samo kao temu u okviru diskusije ili nekog zadatka. Obrazovanje odraslih prepoznaje ovaj segment kao značajan u cjeloživotnom učenju i razvoju. Jasno je da ne može biti svakodnevne demokratije bez svakodnevnog građanstva i samo na taj način, kroz građane svjsne svih svojih prava, dužnosti i obaveza država i društvo u cjelosti mogu imati brojne benefite.
"Õppematerjalide loomine digivahenditega" koolitusel õpid, kuidas luua kaasaegseid, eesmärgipäraseid ja mitmekülgseid õppematerjale, mida saad kasutada õppe erinevates etappides (nt rühmatöödes, arutelu soodustamisel, teooria tutvustamisel), ja mis toetavad õppimist.
Kvaliteetsete õppematerjalide loomisel tuleb koolitajal arvestada nii õppijate eripära, täiskasvanu õppimise põhimõtteid kui ka tehnilise kirjutamise eeskirju. Koolitusel saad ülevaate kõikidest neist teemadest ning lood praktilise tegevuse käigus erinevaid digivahendeid kasutades uusi õppematerjale.
Den 13 februari i år släppte OECD rapporten Getting Skills Right: Future-Ready Adult Learning Systems. I rapporten ger OECD en bild av hur väl organisationens medlemsländer är rustade för framtiden när det gäller vuxenutbildning. Bland annat visar rapporten att många länder har stora utmaningar framför sig när det kommer till kunskap på arbetsmarknaden, men samtidigt har system för vuxenutbildning som inte kan möta dessa utmaningar.

Ir, deja, turiu konstatuoti, jog gana dažnai suaugusiųjų mokymosi efektyvumas geriausiu atveju pasiekia vos 20%. Atsakymas į klausimą „Kodėl“ atskleistas apklausiant mokymų vedėjus-lektorius. Jie teigė: „Aš perteikiau visą informaciją...“, „Jie buvo apmokyti...“, „Jie turi visą informaciją...“, „Jiems buvo išaiškinta ...“.
Vilniaus „Varpo“ suaugusiųjų gimnazijos lietuvių kalbos mokytoja, 2018 metų „Epale“ andragogė Vilma Auglytė yra puikus suaugusiųjų mokymosi sėkmės istorijos pavyzdys. Aktyvi, idėjų nestokojanti Vilma baigė tą pačią suaugusiųjų mokyklą, kurioje dabar dirba, kuria projektus, primena besimokantiesiems kelią į biblioteką ir padeda patirti skaitymo džiaugsmą. „Žmoguje turi „virti“ kažkas, kas verčia judėti į priekį“ – mano Vilma ir dalinasi savo mintimis apie nueitą kelią, andragogo kasdienybę ir malonumą mokyti suaugusiuosius.

Director of the DVV International - Country Office Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dr. Emir Avdagić held a meeting with the newly appointed Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Sarajevo Canton, Ms mr. Zineta Bogunić and the Assistant Minister for Secondary Education and Adult Education, Ms Lamija Husić.
The meeting was organised as a preparation for upcoming activities in improving adult education in Sarajevo Canton, and some of the key topics of discussion were:

Our proposal strives to form a local ecosystem of anyone relevant with due sensitivities, diligence, knowhow and technical capacity for collaborative, complimentary and cohesive actions to the end of this project. The ecosystem will be responsive to the local specialties and vulnerabilities of the target groups. Then, it will be organized around carefully defined tasks and responsibilities according to the duties, responsibilities and skills of the relevant stakeholders as well as the capabilities of the target groups.
