En esta primera entrada de buenos propósitos para el nuevo año 2020 traemos a colación a Irene Villa y a Paqui Ayllón. Dos inmejorables ejemplos de mujeres luchadoras, que pueden servirnos de inspiración en todas las facetas de nuestras vidas, incluido el ámbito educativo.

Nell'ottobre 2015 il Department of Education and Skills irlandese ha pubblicato La Strategia Digitale per Migliorare l'Apprendimento e la Valutazione 2015-2020. Il documento ha fornito una logica e un piano d'azione del governo per l'integrazione dell’informatica nell'insegnamento, nell'apprendimento e nella valutazione per un periodo di 5 anni. La Strategia Digitale include l'uso della Tecnologia Assistiva. "Per le persone con disabilità, la tecnologia può rendere le attività quotidiane più ordinarie, possibili" (Enable Ireland, 2016).

Opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriössä on haettavana avustuksia jatkuvan oppimisen hankkeisiin, joilla vastataan nopeasti työelämän osaajapulaan sekä tuetaan työllisyyden kuntakokeilun tavoitteita ja alueellisten toimintamallien kehittämistä. Avustusta voi hakea myös maahanmuuttajien osaamisen ja työelämävalmiuksien parantamiseen.

För elever med inlärningssvårigheter har barn och ungdomstiden skolgång varit anpassad på många sätt. Oavsett om skoltiden har tillbringats i en klass i särskola med andra elever med intellektuella funktionsvariationer eller om man gått i en klass i grundskola med specialpedagogiskt stöd, så har vissa elever inte fått möjligheten att utifrån sina egna förutsättningar testa var gränserna för ens intellektuella kapacitet går.

Sote- ja työllisyyspalvelujen tulisi olla vaikuttavia, eli palvelujen tulisi saada aikaan myönteisiä muutoksia asiakkaille ja potilaille. Muutosten tulisi näkyä parempana terveytenä ja hyvinvointina, lisätä työkykyä ja auttaa työllistymisessä. Palvelujen vaikuttavuutta mitataan kuitenkin puutteellisesti, ja palveluja ohjataan esimerkiksi käyntimäärien tai resurssien perusteella. Tuoreessa raportissa esitellään toimenpiteitä, joilla palveluja voidaan mitata, ohjata ja johtaa uudella tavalla.

EGInA is a training agency accredited at the Umbria Region (Italy) for the provision of initial, continuous and permanent vocational training.

We receive international students, teachers and trainers during the whole year. Courses are offered in three different editions and with different formats. Each course is structured so that it is possible to attend the basic level (20 hours in 7 days) or the advanced level (40 hours in 14 days). Courses are organized in March, June, September and November.

The Competence Framework defines knowledge, skills, responsibility and autonomy needed for home-based childminders dealing with children with autism. It also includes the learning design to achieve the defined competences. Thus, this output aims: • to define core skills to support childminders in order to positively and effectively deal with children with autism in line with the guidelines and choices of their families; • to define learning outcomes, and learning units to develop the identified skills; • to ensure compliance with EQF, ECVET and EQAVET principles; • to define the competence framework with the stakeholders.

The "TAD" project offers a VET course for learners who wish to work as external consultants or employees in the tourism sector. The course provides foundational knowledge on the subject of Accessible Tourism, introducing EU policies, concepts, principles and methods for improving tourism environments and services to cater for visitors with specific access requirements. The course content is curated by ENAT, the European Network for Accessible Tourism, and is delivered with a blend of e-Learning and Classroom/Workshop activities. On successful completion of this specialised course (nominally 80 hours, including classroom instruction, supervision and training exercises in tourism businesses), the trainee will obtain the TAD Certificate.

As Selçuklu Halk Eğitimi Merkezi of Konya city of Turkey, we have started a project that our adults with disabilities will implement its activities. The project name is " Special Frames from Private Eyes"  This project includes activities such as planting trees, reading a book, lessons activities, theater, and cinema, folk dance, zero waste, "Sema Show", send off to the military ceremony, scouting and touristic trips.

Hangya Dóra 2018-2019 között végzett kutatásában vizsgálta a felnőttképzési szakértők és felnőttképzési programszakértők gyakorlatát a fogyatékossággal élő felnőttek egyenlő esélyű hozzáférése tárgyában. A kutatás két fő témát vizsgált: az egyik vizsgálati témaként foglalkoztak azzal, hogy a szakértői nyilvántartásban szereplő felnőttképzési szakértők valamint programszakértők kötelező továbbképzésének részeiben szerepelnek-e olyan új ismeretek, amelyek foglalkoznak a felnőttképzésben való részvétellel kapcsolatos tudnivalókról a fogyatékossággal élő felnőttek esetében.

L'association APTE autisme a pour objet d'enseigner la pratique instrumentale et la danse à des personnes autistes en formant des professeurs à l'accompagnement de ces publics. Elle a créé des Centres AUTISMUS en France qui sont chargés de diffuser ces pratiques afin de favoriser leur inclusion sociale. Nous recherchons des partenaires en Europe pour disséminer le principe et créer un réseau de Centres AUTISMUS européens.
