Adult women are learning crochet knitting at Acigol public education center. With this activity, women can make accessories in different designs by using their imagination. Women give their home decorations a new look with the accessories the product with this activity,which is carried out by expert trainer Hatice Duruş. The bags produced by women for their personal using are complete their dresses. Women who improve themselves with this activity can contribute to family budgets by selling their products in social sharing environments.

Erasmus+ - ROMAE – Role Models in Adult Education General Aim The project aims at building a network of positive reference figures for adult education. Such figures will contribute to adult education activities aiming at social inclusion and active citizenship according to the fundamental values of the European Union. They will act as narrators of their own stories of social redemptions and bearers of common values in all institutions where adult education takes place, such as schools, associations, etc. Implementation The projects aims at supporting improving and enriching skills and knowledge of educators working with disadvantaged, socially excluded, marginalized and/or deprived adults. Staff of partner institutions will meet in workshops aiming at research and study of figures that can be elected as symbols of resilience. Through exchange and discussion participants will outline criteria, themes and features of the rference figures. They will single out persons and educational methodologies to make them closer to adults learners. It is not exclude, if possbile, the participation of the reference figures themselves to take part in mobilities or educational activities carried out in partner organisations. Workshops will make use of active methodologies: cooperative learning, debates, flipped classroom. Joint Staff Training Events 1° Florence, project detailed presentation, sharing criteria, designing common working tools such as internet site, fora, repositories, etc. 2° Florence, first JSTE devoted to the core project activities 3°, 4°, 5°, 6° JSTEs in aprtner countries 7° Florence summary of the experience, presentation of materials: profiles of reference figures, educational methodologies using them Outputs Profiles and features of some reference figures for each country and educational methodologies guidelines will be kept available and freely accessible on the project’s website.

It is a sewing course for adults and trainees to learn sewing.

Besides, since the course is open in cooperation with the Turkish Employment Agency (ISKUR), our trainees who attend training receive a daily fee.
Thus, the trainees continue the course steadily. It makes training more efficient.

Another aim of the course is that trainees have a profession after the training is over.

Învățarea continuă, împreună cu dezvoltarea unor competențe complet noi la locul de muncă - la intervale mai dese, de-a lungul carierei unei persoane - vor deveni obișnuite. Iar timpul să ne pregătim pentru aceste lucruri a sosit.

I denne rapport kan du læse resultaterne af EVA'a undersøgelse af aktivitet, deltagerprofil og videre uddannelsesforløb på Forberedende Voksenundervisning (FVU). På ti år er antallet af deltagere på FVU mere end fordoblet. Blandt den største gruppe af voksne med svage læsefærdigheder i Danmark, er der til gengæld kun en relativt lille andel, som bruger FVU.

Det viser Danmarks Evalueringsinstituts (EVA) tidligere undersøgelser af vedholdenhed. Denne guide præsenterer tre veje til at styrke vedholdenhed hos voksne med svage basale færdigheder.
