Kriza ob izbruhu koronavirusa nam je jasno pokazala, kako samoumevno se nam zdi, da imajo na profesionalnem področju in v izobraževanju prav vsi doma dostop do dobre internetne povezave ter elektronskih naprav, na katerih brez težav delujejo najrazličnejše nove aplikacije, orodja za spletne seminarje in konferenčna programska oprema. Kriza pa nam je pokazala še nekaj: da so ta pričakovanja daleč od realnosti. Pri digitalni izključenosti pa se vsi, ki se izobražujejo, ne soočajo samo s pomanjkanjem dostopa do ustrezne internetne povezave in elektronskih naprav. Digitalni razkorak pa je še večji zaradi načina zagotavljanja učenja in financiranja izobraževanja odraslih.

Od 25 marca br. szkoły realizują tzw. nauczanie zdalne z wykorzystaniem metod i technik kształcenia na odległość. W dniach 1-6 kwietnia br. za pomocą ankiety internetowej przeprowadzonej na portalu Librus Rodzina pytaliśmy rodziców, jak wygląda nauczanie zdalne w ich domach i w jaki sposób szkoły realizują edukację na odległość. 

Wnioski dotyczą oświaty realizowanej zdalnie, ale lektura na przykład punktów dotyczących ograniczeń może się przydać trenerom.

Това несъмнено е по-малко тежко от ситуации на война, глад, социални или политически кризи, принуждаващи хората да бягат или тероризма. Тази криза обаче, която е преди всичко криза в областта на общественото здравеопазване, оказва изключително силно влияние върху политическите системи на всички страни и от своя страна върху образователните системи, в които участват хора от всички възрасти.

Twelve participants from six different countries embarked in a voyage of discoveries during a study visit in Latvia. During the study visit, representatives from Adventure Spirit (Piedzīvojuma Gars) shared main concepts, methodologies, and tools that organization use on an everyday basis working with the target group of young adults to support them in their development, understanding their values, strengths, increase overall cooperation, communication and enhance their ability to create their own workplaces or find a workplace fitting to their needs and skills.

The murder of George Floyd, which sparked worldwide anti-racist protests, has been a catalyst for critical examination and discussion of racism in the UK, structural and otherwise. As part of the Black and minority ethnic community in the UK, our ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) learners are highly likely to experience everyday racism. Why, then do topics and materials for teaching ESOL seldom reflect challenges that our learners may encounter in their everyday lives? What would an anti-racist curriculum for ESOL look like and how might teachers support the development of one?

Antud magistritöö ülesandeks oli uurida TTÜ Virumaa kolledži esimese kursuse üliõpilaste eesti keele teise keelena oskust. Magistritöö teoreetilises osas anti ülevaade eesti keele teise keelena osaoskuste mõõtmisest, kõrghariduse saamiseks nõutavast B2 keele tasemest. Täheldatakse, et üldkeele oskus ei tähenda, et sellest piisab erialase keele mõistmiseks ja kasutamiseks.

Teises peatükis tutvustati TTÜ Virumaa kolledžit nagu ainsat Ida-Virumaal tehnilist kõrgharidust pakkuv õppeasutust ja kolledži eesti keele teise keelena õppeainete mooduleid.

Katkestamiste põhjused on väga erinevad ja sageli kombineeritud, seetõttu on ka katkestamise vähendamiseks ja ennetamiseks väljapakutud erinevaid võimalusi. Nende hulgas tugiteenused õppuritele. Eestis on kutseõppeasutuses küll kohustus tagada tugiteenuste kättesaadavus, ent puudub ülevaade, kuidas seda kohustust täidetakse.

If there is one thing that the coronavirus crisis has already shown very clearly, it is the self-evident assumption in professional life and education that everyone has a good internet connection at home, as well as electronic devices on which all kinds of new apps run smoothly and you can use webinar and conference software without any problems. What the crisis has also shown: this picture does not correspond to reality. Digital exclusion is not just a question of the lack of access for learners to adequate internet connection and electronic devices. The digital divide is also reinforced by the side of learning provision and the way in which adult education is funded.

Kuigi erinevad mobiilsusprogrammid võimaldavad toetusi välismaal õppimiseks või praktika sooritamiseks, on kutseõpetajaks õppivad üliõpilaste senine õpiränne olnud tagasihoidlik. Sellest lähtuvalt oli selle bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks selgitada välja, millised on kutseõpetajaks õppivate üliõpilaste senised õpirände kogemused ja mis on nende hinnangul välismobiilsust toetavaks ja takistavaks teguriks. Andmeid koguti poolstruktureeritud intervjuu abil, viielt kutseõpetajaks õppivalt üliõpilaselt ja analüüsiti kvalitatiivse, induktiivse sisuanalüüsiga.

A jelenlegi egészségügyi válság, amelynek eredményeként az emberiség fele otthon maradásra kényszerült – ami soha nem tapasztalt mértékű stresszhelyzetet és megélhetési nehézségeket okozott – egyike a jelenkori történelem legjelentősebb válságainak. Az egész életen át tartó tanulás európai platformjának közleményét követően arra kértem a platfrom igazgatóját, Brikena XHOMAQI-t, hogy magyarázza el, mit takar az „Első a tanulók mentális egészsége és jólléte” cím. Három kérdést tettem fel neki.
