E+ TCA launch new open online course

The Erasmus+ Transnational Cooperation Activities (TCA) team will be launching a new open online course that informs about the roles and responsibilities of TCA and allows learners to share ideas and best practice. The online course will be facilitated initially, from 13 September till 27 September 2019, and thereafter will be available via videos uploaded to the TCA YouTube Channel.
