The Technical School, as a Regional Center for Adult Education, has recently received verification for being A publicly recognized organizer of activities for the non-formal adult education for tailoring and sewing program. The verification of new educational profiles in the field of mechanical engineering, given by the Ministry of Education in Serbia, is underway: an operator on a universal lathe and milling machine, an operator on CNC lathe and CNC milling machine and welding program.

Through the development of the adult education program, Technical School in Pirot, as a Publicly recognized organizer of adult education activities, was given the opportunity to equip specialized workshops and grow into a NATIONAL COMPETENCE RESOURCE CENTER (NCRK) for lifelong learning. The areas of work entrusted to Technical School in Pirot are in the field of industrial production (mechatronics, textile, rubber industry, food processing). Programs for these areas of work are under development.

In the previous period, the Technical School has not yet organized training as a Recognized Organizer of the Activity. Our plan is to have more informal adult training in verified educational profiles in 2020 and we are looking for an experienced partner in order to exchange good practices.
