During this time of crisis, education will not be business-as-usual, and EdTech alone cannot close the learning gap. It will be dedicated teachers and resilient educators who will ensure learning doesn’t stop — but they could be helped by the right EdTech tools. The digital divide means that internet and mobile network access varies greatly in middle- and low-income countries. Governments can provide immediate support by informing teachers about simple grassroots platforms where they can share their own EdTech solutions.

European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights opublikowała raport "A Long Way to Go For LGTBI Equality" analizujący sytuację środowisk LGTB w Unii Europejskiej, północnej Macedonii oraz Serbii. Raport prezentuje dane za 2019 rok i raportuje największe tego rodzaju badania przeprowadzone w ostatnich latach w Unii Europejskiej. W raporcie możemy znaleźć także podstawowe słowa klucze z zakresu edukacji antydyskryminacyjnej i edukacji wrażliwej na różnice genderowe.

Talantlers decided first to take the time to develop a comprehensive long-term business plan which will meet theirexpectations and those of their clients when it comes to quality, relevance of topics, format and structure. Their ambition is more to create L&D experiences and programs for their participants.

As a school counsellor, Svetlana haa always been dedicated to continuous professional and personal development. She wanted to be able to provide adequate support for teachers and educators. In addition to support with the ICT knowledge and digital skills necessary for organising online classes, she also offered additional forms of support via online channels, in the form of webinars, video conferences, online meetings and shared videos which she created specifically for this purpose.

Od 25 marca br. szkoły realizują tzw. nauczanie zdalne z wykorzystaniem metod i technik kształcenia na odległość. W dniach 1-6 kwietnia br. za pomocą ankiety internetowej przeprowadzonej na portalu Librus Rodzina pytaliśmy rodziców, jak wygląda nauczanie zdalne w ich domach i w jaki sposób szkoły realizują edukację na odległość. 

Wnioski dotyczą oświaty realizowanej zdalnie, ale lektura na przykład punktów dotyczących ograniczeń może się przydać trenerom.

Philippe has 30 years of experience in vocational training, and he is the Director of the CNP-R (French pedagogical and resource centre) the aim of which is to support the acquisition and development of professional skills for entry into the profession and the further training of the 5,000 trainers in the MFR (Maisons Familiales Rurales) network. This period - he says- will be a great opportunity for the CNP-R to work on accelerating the development of support practices.

The e-book with more than 600 pages is the result of the EU project "Volunteers4Europe", which was carried out from 2018 to 2020. In this project, teams from Estonia, France, Germany, Italy and Sweden documented interesting examples of volunteering in their country. The results were also presented to the public through international exhibitions. The project was co-financed by the European funding programme Erasmus Plus. The e-book gives a comprehensive impression of the multifaceted nature of volunteering in Europe.

Många människor som deltar i studiecirklar uppger att de blir mer allmänbildande, stärker sin känsla av social tillhörighet och ökar sina möjligheter att lyckas i arbetslivet. Det framgår av den nya rapport Cirkelns betydelser från Folkbildningsrådet.
Rapporten bygger på två enkätundersökningar med 7850 svarande samt intervjuer med fokusgrupper och enskilda individer. Rapporten är författad av docent Pelle Åberg på Ersta Sköndal Bräcke högskola och frilansskribenten Thor Rutgersson på uppdrag av Folkbildningsrådet.

Sonia's workload has not gone down. Quite the opposite! She guides her Qualifica groups, prepare materials for the school, mark work, participate in meetings, guide and mentor her students. All online and with two children in the background! She has a constant feeling of not being able to give her children her undivided attention because she has to work. While on the other hand, she cannot be as productive in her work because she has to pay attention to the children.
