U uslovima dominacije teorijsko-praktičnog koncepta obrazovanja usmerenog na razvoj kompetencija, u oblasti visokog obrazovanja studijski programi koncipiraju se na temeljima prethodno definisanih profesionalnih kompetencija koje treba razvijati kod studenata. Ostvarivanje profesionalne uloge pedagoga, zbog njene složenosti, podrazumeva razvijenost brojnih i različitih kompetencija. Jedan od najvažnijih faktora u njihovom razvoju jesu studije pedagogije.

Der Beitrag beschreibt das Curriculum GlobALE, ein kompetenz-orientiertes Kerncurriculum für die Ausbildung von Erwachsenenbildnerinnen und Erwachsenenbildnern im außeruniversitären Bereich, das als qualitätssichernder Referenzrahmen eine globale Gültigkeit anstrebt. Das Curriculum wird aus der Programmplanungsperspektive dargestellt und analysiert. Zunächst werden kurz Programmplanungsmodelle im Kontext der Professionalisierung der Erwachsenenbildung skizziert, mit besonderer Berücksichtigung eines Kompetenzorientierungszugangs, der auch die Grundlage für das Curriculum GlobALE bildet.

U radu se predstavlja Curriculum GlobALE, kurikulum zasnovan na kompetencijama i kreiran za potrebe obrazovanja i obuke edukatora za odrasle, prevashodno trenera. Kurikulum je razvijen kao referentni okvir kompetencija i sa ciljem da nađe globalnu primenu. Ovaj kurikulum se analizira sa stanovišta razvoja programa, a povlače se paralele sa razvojem obrazovne ponude. Skiciraju se različiti modeli razvoja programa i njihova orijentacija na kompetencije, a u kontekstu profesionalizacije obrazovanja odraslih, kojoj teži i Curriculum GlobALE.

On 9 September, 15:00-16:35 CEST, the European Commission's Executive Vice-President for a Europe fit for the Digital Age, Margrethe Vestager, will host an online event to mark the closing of the open public consultation on the new Digital Education Action Plan. The goal of the event is to present the main results of the consultation, collect final reflections and outline the vision for the new Action Plan. It will also be an opportunity for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders at the European, national and local levels to engage with EVP Vestager in a discussion on digital education.

I got a lovely email from Andrée earlier today, thanking me for the talk I delivered last night to Ilkley Camera Club in Yorkshire on Long Exposure via Zoom (sure - what else would I be doing on a Friday evening?). Andrée said: “I am profoundly deaf, relying on hearing aids and lipreading, and I was worried I might not be able to make sense of our Zoom club nights. I have a lot of difficulty hearing well on 'normal' club nights, especially when the lights are switched low and I can't lipread. ..."
I’d never really considered that any of the people listening to my camera club talks might have difficulties hearing...

After a week, the measures of the national and county headquarters recommended "work from home". Under these conditions, many years of investing in one's own knowledge  helped a lot. In recent years, we have learned a lot about the application of digital technology in teaching and we have our own expert for all our digital challenges. Our Erasmus+ projects aimed to introduce new teaching methods (eg "Flipped classroom"), use digital resources and online communication platforms to raise the quality of teaching and motivate adult learners to learn. However as it turns out, they were also a good "preparation" for the "COVID-19 situation".

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, schools were closed across the country in 194 countries in the second half of the 2019-2020 school year. Turkey also was interrupted education in schools in the second week of March. Immediately after the interruption of education in schools, it was tried to ensure the continuity of learning by using distance learning tools and facilities. The infrastructure and facilities of all institutions across the country were mobilized to prevent the epidemic, to minimize learning losses while the epidemic continues and to ensure continuity of learning.

In this study, the evaluation of skill conflicts of university graduates and adults employed in the labor market was studied. Skill mismatch was handled in skill aging and skill deficit dimensions. At the same time, 21st century skills have been included in the research and in this context the level of 21st century skills that adults need in their current work has been determined. It was also examined whether skill aging and skill deficit levels differed according to the need for 21st century skills.

Doch wie hoch ist die Bereitschaft, Lehr-/Lernmaterialien im Sinne von Open Educational Resources (OER) zu teilen? Das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung hat dazu Ende 2019 eine Onlineumfrage an berufsbildenden Schulen durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass der Austausch von Bildungsmaterialien im Kollegenkreis rege praktiziert wird.
