Zdalny – to słowo, które w ostatnich tygodniach jest odmieniane przez wszystkie przypadki. Pandemia koronawirusa sprawiła, że działania zespołów i rekrutacja przeniosły się do przestrzeni wirtualnej. Aż 6 na 10 pracujących respondentów Pracuj.pl wykonuje swoje obowiązki zdalnie. Co więcej, 7 na 10 spodziewa się, że rola tego modelu będzie w przyszłości rosła. Podobnie jest w przypadku rekrutacji. Co drugi badany preferuje obecnie model zdalny, a 7 na 10 pozytywnie ocenia spotkania z rekruterami w formie wideokonferencji.

Η παρούσα Έκθεση του ΟΟΣΑ, παρουσιάζει τις καλές Ευρωπαϊκές πρακτικές αναφορικά με την επίβλεψη των αποτελεσμάτων και την επίπτωση των εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων για ενήλικες σε  άτομα με χαμηλές δεξιότητες.

Εξετάζονται πολλά αποτελέσματα περιλαμβανομένης της εκπαιδευτικής απόδοσης, της επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης, των κοινωνικών αποτελεσμάτων και της ικανοποίησης του εκπαιδευόμενου. Συγκεκριμένα, η έκθεση μελετά τον τύπο των δεδομένων που συλλέγονται, τους ενδιαφερόμενους που εμπλέκονται στη συλλογή δεδομένων και τις μεθόδους και εργαλεία που χρησιμοποιούνται.

Med aftalen om VEU-milliarden blev der i perioden 2014-2020 afsat 1 mia. kr. til mere og bedre voksen-, efter- og videreuddannelse, hvoraf godt en tredjedel (357 mio. kr.) blev afsat til det videregående område med særligt fokus på at styrke faglærtes mulighed for at videreuddanne sig på akademiniveau inden for det tekniske og produktionsrettede område.

Community engagement is crucial to arrest the threat posed by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has been accompanied by an “infodemic”, a term that has been used to refer to the rapid spread of misinformation or fake news through social media platforms and other outlets. The spread of this misinformation may cause people to act inappropriately and jeopardize the efforts of governments and health authorities to manage COVID-19, inducing both panic and xenophobia (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2020).

Schimbarea demografică care a avut loc în Serbia a avut un efect profund asupra sistemului de învățământ. Populația elevilor a scăzut cu 21% în școlile primare și cu 13% în școlile secundare începând cu 2000 și rețeaua școlară s-a schimbat puțin de atunci. Acest lucru a dus la existența multor școli cu puțini cursanți. Mai mult, numărul total de profesori care lucrează în sistemul de învățământ a crescut până de curând, creând presiuni suplimentare asupra salariilor din sectorul educației.

Banca Mondială a publicat un document pe tema „The Science of Adult Literacy” ce are în vedere știința în domeniul alfabetizării adulților, cu scopul de a identifica principii care pot îmbunătăți eficacitatea programelor de alfabetizare pentru adulți. Definim alfabetizarea ca un continuum, de la alfabetizarea emergentă, la alfabetizarea fluentă și prezentăm factorii care influențează cât de departe poate ajunge un cursant adult. Sunt identificate patru niveluri la care apar obstacolele în calea progresului alfabetizării, dar pe care adulții le pot trasforma în puncte forte.

A three-voice testimonial. These two adults, Isabel and Paulo, arrived at our Qualifica Centre (QC) with a valuable background of life experience, full of learning, most of which they had acquired without the use of school books, but rather through active hands-on life experience: doing, trying, making mistakes, trying again and learning from others. Despite the fears, doubts and difficulties experienced by adult learners while having to juggle sessions, their narrative development and different life commitments... it was a successful endeavour!

This paper provides an overview of key academic research on the participation of adults in activities aimed at raising their basic skills. Innovativeness came as a next level of creativity used through the development of activities adjusted to our students, many of whom live trapped in a vicious circle of illiteracy, poverty, unemployment and a lack of a permanent place of residence, often accompanied by cultural and traditional limitations or some unfortunate circumstances (socially disadvantaged families, domestic violence, crime). In the new circumstances, she did not have much time to prepare and analyse different approaches – she had to act right away.

Strategie zpřehledňuje a zjednodušuje strukturu FET, zlepšuje přístup k němu, navrhuje stálou podporu účastníka vzdělávání a staví na vytváření různorodých a vzájemně propojených komunit budoucnosti.
