The Directorate for Lifelong Learning and Early School Leavers organised Lifelong Learning Cafe sessions for adult educators and trainers. The event focused on adult learning themes tackled in recent months on the Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe (EPALE). Participants were encouraged to engage in collaborative dialogues in a cafe set-up following the World Cafe format. The event was held on Thursday, 5 May between 3pm and 5pm, at the Lifelong Learning Centre, Msida, Malta.

The Directorate is the National Support Service for EPALE, which is an online platform community for professionals working in the adult education sector. EPALE is funded by the European Commission, in an ongoing commitment to improve the quality of adult learning provision in Europe. The platform enables the sharing of content related to adult learning, including news, blog posts, resources, and events and courses.
