Report on the analysis of the responses received from the online questionnaire on the progress of online teaching/ learning implementation

Due to the situation generated after the COVID-19 outbreak that imposed the suspension of the operation of the entire education system in the country for an indefinite period of time, vocational schools were instructed to provide "online teaching/ learning from home". In order to support vocational schools in this process occurring under special conditions, untested experiences and unforeseen difficulties, the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Qualifications (NAVETQ) prepared and provided to the staff of these schools a Guideline on online teaching/ learning from home and assessment of vocational subjects and vocational modules in Vocational Education. At the same time, the Agency was engaged in the continuous monitoring and provision of support of vocational schools for online teaching/ learning through contacts, consultations and exchange of information with teachers, instructors and principals. Receiving quick and detailed information about the progress and possible online teaching/ learning issues from home, serves as a basis of the work needed to be done to avoid obstacles and improve it. For this purpose, NAVETQ prepared a questionnaire with 22 requests / questions to be completed online by teachers and instructors of vocational subjects and modules of all public vocational schools. School principals were informed about the need, manner and internet address to access this questionnaire, which was massively completed by teachers and instructors within 3 - 4 days. NAVETQ staff analyzed the responses of all completed questionnaires in detail and prepared this report which also contains some general conclusions and the results of the responses to each question.
