This ressource is from the Nordic Network for Adult Learning (NVL). NVL develops knowledge for decision makers and practitioners and promotes lifelong learning co-operation in the Nordic countries. NVL was established in 2005 by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
This report aims to give an overview of the situation in the Nordic countries regarding basic digital skills, what is currently in place, and what may be needed in the future. It presents the results of the work conducted by the Network for Basic Skills for Adults (referred to hereafter as “the Network”), which is part of the Nordic Network for Adult Learning (NVL).
