EPALE UK Cultural Awareness in the Workplace poster
The final of a series of six, this resource focuses on key aspects of cultural awareness at work, touching on customs, religion, gender and sexual orientation, communciation and food. Assembling a diverse workforce has been proven to benefit companies in multiple ways and improve efficiency and productivity, but leading an international team requires a good understanding of cultural differences.
The resource is intended to be used as a poster, but it can also be used as a guide or document for colleagues to take away with them.
The series of resources will include information on team building activities, cultural awareness, skills sharing and more. EPALE’s workplace learning theme will continue through October, November and December, with two resources being released each month.
