A learning disorder manifested by difficulties with reading and writing which requires diagnostic assessment and specifically designed teaching and learning strategies.
Excluded from social rights or from social life or whose situation is precarious. (Note: Does not include cognitive and/or physical impairments, for which see ‘Learning difficulties/disabilities’).
