Delivered by an expert accredited trainer, this highly interactive and practically-focused training will provide you with essential tools and techniques that you can immediately use in the workplace. It will help you build confidence, enhance communication, adapt your behaviour and build rapport in new multicultural situations.
Intercultural Fluency courses are practically focused yet based on current academic thinking about cultural theories. They are firmly grounded in the British Council's unrivalled experience of cultural relations and daily intercultural engagement. The courses support participants in honing their interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills and in becoming more adaptable, open, self-aware and resilient. Each course includes case studies designed to reflect the real-life situations that participants are likely to face and provides practical tools that can be used inside and outside the workplace.
Registrations will close on Friday 24 March at 23.00 or as soon as they reach the maximum of 16 participants, so make sure you book early to secure your place.
