How do Estonian mindfulness educators themselves use mindfulness practices to take care of there own mental health, performance and work ability?
We find a major shift in employers’ approaches to ageing workforces between 2009 and 2017, with strong decreases in those that offered no age management (47% to 30%) and those focusing on exit measures (21% to 6%), and an increase in active organizations (19% to 52%). Active age management is no longer concentrated in large and developing organizations, but has become a standard human resources tool economy-wide. Overall, there is a long-term trend away from exit measures towards the application of pro-active age management measures. More involvement of employers in retaining older adults in the workplace may signal a growing awareness of the changing demographic reality.

El pasado día 21 de noviembre, tuvo lugar la jornada El papel de la Orientación Profesional en el Sistema Educativo del siglo XXI en el salón de actos del Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional de la Calle Torrelaguna en Madrid.
El objetivo principal de la jornada fue fijar la relación entre el sistema educativo, el mundo laboral y la Orientación educativa y profesional, teniendo presente la equidad y calidad educativa. Entre los cargos importantes presentes en esta Jornada, destacó la participación de Doña Isabel Celaá, Ministra de Educación y Formación Profesional en funciones quien inauguró la Jornada.
Training Plan for course on free and open source software (FOSS) for small and medium enterprises. This European project initiative aims to help to promote the use of FOSS in business. The purpose of this course is to provide you with an overview of the most important FOSS concepts and solutions that are available today for you to consider and use in your own business. The course is broken down into 5 main units with sub-topics in each unit. Each individual unit contains a summary in advance of a series of lessons on the topic.
The FOSS-BU competence profile outlined here aims to identify and select the knowledge, skills and competences specifically related to the usage of FOSS in the business sector, in full compliance with the ECVET system outlined by the European Commission.
This Synthesis Report is meant to collect and put together the results of the six different Country Reports (for Greece, Germany, Italy, UK, Ireland and Sweden) developed by the partners of the FOSS4SMEs project. Each Country Report, as the main deliverable foreseen by the IO1/A1 ‘Research’ phase, comprises an overarching and comprehensive overview about the different national situations with relation to the usage of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) within SMEs across Europe.

On the basis of the Carer+ Digital Competence Framework, a complete programme structure was developed, containing a total of 5 interrelated modules organised under 3 themes:
- Foundational skills
- Managing social care with ITCs
- Providing home care through ICTs.
The Virtual Learning Environement was created by using Drupal Commons and Moodle 2.5: 5 platforms were created: an original one in English and 4 for the piloting partners in their local languages (France, Italy, Latvia, Romania and Spain).
The team of the Institute for Strategic Research and Education (ISIE) was engaged by E4E@mk Project to conduct an analysis of the current situation and the challenges with a special focus on the legal framework, the resources and other processes and competences within the formal vocational education. CoOp CSR and Fundraising Training Toolkit is a comprehensive training toolkit for youth workers for getting SMEs support through CSR activities.
The training toolkit aims to help youth organizations in improving the fundraising and CSR knowledge and skills of their youth workers and other staff, in order to get more support from SMEs for their projects.
The CoOp Ready Tools for Fundraising include working templates, models, steps that youth organizations could use in developing their fundraising activities. The CoOp partners also prepared comprehensive explanations on how to use the tools presented.
