EPALE’s annual pan-European conference was held on 1 and 2 October 2019 in Warsaw, Poland. The conference gathered more than 220 participants from 38 European countries participating in EPALE project.

Career guidance, vocational guidance and guidance counselling are expected to help the individual make meaningful and successful choices, decisions and solutions regarding their career, education and training.
During my first experience abroad, I was able to contribute to the development of international cooperation between the partner schools; and by sharing my learning mobility experience, I have motivated my colleagues to take part in mobilities, too.
This kind of learning by working is extremely important for teachers. Such experiences can only be gained by personal participation
