TRACK project addressed socially disadvantaged informal carers dealing with people affected by Alzheimer, to support them during their caring experience and beyond, by reinforcing their well-being, skills, and employability.

MSS Lifelong Learning Center in Reykjanes Peninsula is in collaboration with the Hæfnisetur - Tourism Skills Center in Iceland, which is a project funded by the Ministry of Employment and Innovation to strengthen the tourism infrastructure. The partnership aims to encourage education in the tourism industry to improve the quality and stability of the industry.

Lack of adequate corporate training can cause employees to be unhappy, decrease customer satisfaction and avoidable conflicts. According to a report by the London School of Economics (LSE), which analysed data from 1.8 million employees from 73 countries, happy employees are more productive and do not consider quitting their jobs, while improving customer loyalty and company profitability. As employee satisfaction increases, productivity increases by 26%, while employee circulation decreases by 25%. 
DigiAdults (2019-1-PL1-KA204-065528) project intends to explore end evaluate the impact of the use of digital tools and the Internet in the of a variety of categories of learners at risk of social marginalisation, then drawing out implications offindings in terms of guidelines for trainers involved in formal, nonformal and informal education, and generating acollection of case studies and best practices, assembled on an online resource center.

630 hairdressers in Mardin were trained about hair design model and painting technique. The training was organized by Mardin Barbers and Hairdressers Chamber of Tradesmen Craftsmen. 630 hairdressers from Mardin, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Batman and İskenderun were joined to training. After training 5 trainee were choosen for practical demonstration, and these trainees applied their learning on their friends. 

The aim of the Adult Educators’ Unconference is to promote the debating culture in the community of adult education and to bring the topics relevant for the community into focus, in order to find solutions to them together.

REALISE is an Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership project funded by the European Commission involving 10 universities in Europe and a large number of associate partners. It aims to embed staff mobility in HEIs’ institutional strategies for modernisation and internationalisation, more particularly as a valuable element in the process of “internationalisation at home”, helping raise the awareness of the international dimension of higher education among both academic and administrative staff.

It depends on relationships whether different aspects related to education, refugees, the young and the old, training and economic activity will reveal themselves to you. A learning mobility is also a little bit like looking into the future, at least for someone from the periphery of Europe. You also learn new things. 

Education, training and employment policy-makers as well as individuals have various expectations for career guidance. Career guidance, vocational guidance and guidance counselling are expected to help the individual make meaningful and successful choices, decisions and solutions regarding their career, education and training.

During my first experience abroad, I was able to contribute to the development of international cooperation between the partner schools; and by sharing my learning mobility experience, I have motivated my colleagues to take part in mobilities, too. 

“Eco Office Consultant” is an international initiative proposed by partner organizations from 6 EU countries – Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Norway, Germany and France. This project transpire from the philosophy over which all partners detected the need for the new job of “Eco Office Consultant” which is based upon the inadequacy of existing training systems and the necessity to promote new line of work in the labour market.

Ukážeme si, že každý z nás žije unikátní příběh a že všichni máme možnost dějovou linku vlastního příběhu posunout jiným směrem, i když to není snadné. Nacvičíme si několik jednoduchých technik, které pomohou ujasnit si vaše sny. Ukážeme si, kde najít odvahu ke změně v kontextu vaší kariéry. Bude to zábava, začnete si více všímat drobných detailů a uvidíte, že i malé krůčky vedou k velkému cíli.

On the basis of the Carer+ Digital Competence Framework, a complete programme structure was developed, containing a total of 5 interrelated modules organised under 3 themes:

  • Foundational skills
  • Managing social care with ITCs
  • Providing home care through ICTs.

The Virtual Learning Environement was created by using Drupal Commons and Moodle 2.5: 5 platforms were created: an original one in English and 4 for the piloting partners in their local languages (France, Italy, Latvia, Romania and Spain).

The team of the Institute for Strategic Research and Education (ISIE) was engaged by E4E@mk Project to conduct an analysis of the current situation and the challenges with a special focus on the legal framework, the resources and other processes and competences within the formal vocational education. The analysis is based on empirical research conducted in the period August - October 2018.

CoOp CSR and Fundraising Training Toolkit  is a comprehensive training toolkit for youth workers for getting SMEs support through CSR activities.

The training toolkit aims to help youth organizations in improving the fundraising and CSR knowledge and skills of their youth workers and other staff, in order to get more support from SMEs for their projects. 

The CoOp Ready Tools for Fundraising include working templates, models, steps that youth organizations could use in developing their fundraising activities. The CoOp partners also prepared comprehensive explanations on how to use the tools presented.

The ready tools for fundraising from SMEs aim to help youth organizations in improving their fundraising activities from SMEs, at two levels: planning and implementing some fundraising activities.

It is a multilingual Learning Management System developed with the aim to equip learners with knowledge, abilities and skills that allow them to enter the entrepreneurial world, via Industry 4.0 and Drone Technology, in order to yield the related opportunities. It includes a course, trainer guidelines, evaluation tools and e-learning platform.
