Si chacun a sa méthode d’apprentissage qui lui convient – certains sont plus réceptifs aux supports audio, d’autres aux supports visuels –, beaucoup s’accordent à dire que l'apprentissage kinesthésique – le style d'apprentissage actif – s’avère être le plus efficace pour la mémorisation. Bien souvent, on se souvient mieux des choses lorsqu'on peut les associer à une action physique ou à une découverte active. L'apprentissage kinesthésique n'est pas seulement bénéfique pour les enfants, les adultes ont également tendance à mieux apprendre lorsqu'ils sont activement impliqués dans le sujet.

Selbst kleinste Veränderungen können eine große Wirkung erzielen. Nun, da wir am Beginn eines grüneren Jahrzehnts stehen, sollten Bildungsanbieter über Veränderungen nachdenken, die sie selbst vornehmen können, und sich den Umweltschutz auf die Fahnen schreiben.

Nowadays, there are many countries in which entrepreneurship courses are listed as optional in their university curriculums while they tend to focus more on the technical knowledge of creating a business rather than trying to develop a proper mindset for the student. At the same time, many internship running businesses don't have the required know-how in order to implement this type of thinking to their interns. In fact, in most cases they don't even take it into consideration. In order to face these challenges, we have initiated the development of Enter Mode internship model, which has as a top priority to raise awareness on the necessity of entrepreneurial mindset to higher education students and teaching staff along with business executives who train interns. Based on the Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp), the Internship Model is constructed on 4 main pillars, which are combined together in order to produce the desired results, of developing students entrepreneurial competences: –Challenge Based Learning. –Provision of Incubation to students. –An Online Serious Game. –The EnterMode Community Of Practice.
