Practical Resources for Sustainable Eating: From Erasmus+ SOS Project

Dear EPALE Community,
We are thrilled to share valuable resources developed within our Erasmus+ KA2 project, Social Opportunities of Sustainability (SOS)! Our project explores crucial sustainability themes with a focus on creating positive social impact and opportunities.
Recently, we held a highly engaging training and learning activity in the beautiful city of Naples, Italy (June 12-14, 2024), focusing on Sustainable Eating. Participants from across Europe came together to learn, share practices, and delve into practical ways to reduce our food footprint and promote more sustainable food systems.
Now, we are excited to offer you a dedicated Resource Kit from this Napoli workshop, available in [English, Italian, Spanish, and Swedish]!
This Resource Kit includes:
Document 1: "Tips for Sustainable eating to achieve SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES OF SUSTAINABILITY – Tips to Reduce Food Impact and Eat More Sustainably": This practical guide offers 10 actionable tips that everyone can implement to eat more sustainably and reduce their environmental impact. From understanding your real needs and embracing plant-based diets, to eating seasonally and reducing packaging, these tips are designed to be easily integrated into daily life and educational activities.
Document 2: "Workshop on Sustainable Eating - Presentation Slides": These comprehensive presentation slides from our Napoli workshop provide a deeper dive into the critical issues surrounding food and sustainability. Explore key topics such as:
