The European Commission has published the COMMISSION STAFF WORKING DOCUMENT - North Macedonia 2023 Report.
Within the Chapter 26: Education and culture, there is a note on the delay of adoption of key legislation with a message for the urgent need of adoption of the new Law on adult education and Law on vocational education and training and set up and operationalise the regional VET centres. Authorities need to strengthen coordination among institutions in developing legislation, ensuring a conducive institutional environment able to deliver its implementation.
