This report presents the first Intellectual Output (IO1) of the To Switch project. The objective of this output is to analyse, re-elaborate and systematise the theoretical, methodological and application framework of reference for senior worker and other adult training in an active or inactive learning situation.

It will develop a model that can be applied to the training of trainers and other learning support figures, also in the context of structured courses. It can then be adopted for the assessment, validation and certification of the acquired skills.
