A recording of a lecture by Mr Tamás Harangozó, Chief Editor of the European Basic Skills Network - EBSN, on the topic of a "Key concepts of basic skills learning and how curated resources on EPALE can be utilised for developing policy and practice", at the Third National EPALE Serbia conference held on October 16, 2019 in Belgrade.
The conference was primarily aimed at teachers in functional elementary education for adults, andragogical assistants, directors of schools that provide functional elementary education for adults and other adult education providers or stakeholders actively engaged in adult education. The aim of the conference was discussing the significance of development of key competences in the system of elementary education of adults, as well as starting discussions on efficient methods and techniques in teaching adult learners, with particular focus on low-educated adults.
