EDU GESTALT EXPERIENTIAL EMBODIED AND EXPRESSIVE LEARNING
The Edu-Gestalt project has developed three supporting documents to aid practitioners. One of these resources (Embodied learning: neuroscience evidence) delves into the scientific underpinnings of learning, well-being, and the brain's and mind's intricacies. Complementing this, the Activities Manual offers a comprehensive guide, presenting various methods, including outdoor learning, improv theatre, playback theatre, process drama, and gestalt theatre. It elaborates on specific techniques and provides insights on effectively implementing them in the classroom to foster mental health and well-being. And finally, the EDU gestalt curriculum that provides teachers and educators with a structured and clear educational path, adapted and designed to be implemented in the schools, to train other teachers so that they can apply it in their classrooms. This curriculum can be then implemented during a 5-day training course (C2) for teachers coming from the partner countries.
