The Well@SME database for Mental Health in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), is a publicly available and multilingual database, that provides a searchable repository of practises, policies and lessons learned, in relation to the effective promotion of mental health and wellbeing in the workspace, has been developed and launched on the projects website.

The database has enabled three distinct filters, so that it is easily navigable by SME owners and employees: 1) targets (employees, owners, policy-makers, HR staff. etc.) 2) Countries, 3) Type of resources (report, tool, trainings, books, etc.). Once the filters are applied the resulting resources can be assess  for use in a specific situation. This makes the database an easy and useful tool for SME staff who wants to work with mental health and wellbeing in their workspace, and can help with providing a path forward for them
