Citizens’ Curriculum Coaching Guide

This resource offers practical guidance on how to use non-directive coaching techniques to support and add value to the Citizens’ Curriculum approach. It will be particularly useful in supporting learners to develop a range of Citizens’ Curriculum skills and capabilities – including health, financial, civic and digital – in a range of less formal learning settings in the community, and in the workplace. It also includes tips on using coaching with ESOL learners with low-level language skills.
