AI impact on workforce.
Artificial intelligences impact on workforce is one of the main topics on table when we speak about future. It was interesting to read how article explains why current technological progress is different: because it can get online (platform) labour and does not depend on it, so all innovations are faster then any other time in history. Also article provide valuable information what should impact policys of current adult education:"More than 80% of adult workers in the EU today need a certain level of digital competence to perform their jobs. However, 43 % of them lack basic digital skills and around one third are at risk from digital skills gaps." I don't see that we put much effort on digital skill improvement in most cases we still learn what our teachers were learning in school.
