EPALE - Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe

The 2014 "Cultural Consumption Barometer. Culture between Global and Local" was carried out by the National Institute for Research and Cultural Training, subordinated to the Romanian Ministry of Culture, is the only national institute that aims to study, research and provide statistical data in the field of culture as well as training professionals who choose a career in this field.

Barometer brings together information, analyzes and statistical data for eight cultural themes: non-consumption culture and strategy of stimulating cultural consumption, cultural consumption in public, performing arts, cultural heritage built, museums in Bucharest, artists and persons engaged in domestic network of cultural and electronic goods and domestic consumption and data on cultural forms in which globalization manifests.
