What good policy practice on adult learning is there?
The Commission facilitates groups of Member State experts that examine national policy and good practice from different countries, look at the evidence from research, and draw up key conclusions and recommendations for policy makers.
From 2013 to 2015 the Working Group on Adult Learning developed key messages and policy recommendations for policies that:
- raise the level of basic skills (literacy, numeracy and digital) amongst adults
- make best use of ICT and open education resources in adult learning
- strengthen the efficiency, effectiveness and coherence of adult learning policies.
