I am currently writing an Erasmus project in the Youth sector (KA153-YOU) and I am looking for a host organization to cooperate with.

Project goals:

1. Equipping staff working with youth with practical skills in integrating young unemployed people into the labor market by determining their professional orientation.

2. Learning new tools/methods of working with youth, including digital tools.

3.Building new contacts between youth workers and the partner organization in order to exchange ideas and support the personal development of participants.

What we expect from the host organization:

-We want the host organization to organize for our staff training related to the project objectives and a study visit or several visits to organizations working for the young unemployed. It may be an employment office or an employment agency. We would like to gain knowledge from both public and private institutions. 

-We also want to be accompanied by a Polish-speaking guardian during our mobility due to the varying knowledge of English among our staff.

-we expect your stay to be organized, including: accommodation, meals, transfer from the airport and back
