Hobbies Adult Skills: How to Transfer them At a Gateway to a Job

The Gramigna Association from Italy is looking for partners for a small scale partnership project on education and social / work inclusion of disadvantaged people.

We would like to propose a project about hobbies of adults and how to use them for reinforce their working profile and incomes. Here our idea of results to be achieved:

PR1: Online platform: Hobby-skills discover PR2: Training scheme for practitioners: Hobby-skills in a new suit (Ways to help adults discover hobbies skills and reinforce them into their future income) PR3: Toolkit for adults: Hobby-skills to push into Future Income PR4: Recognition of Acquired Hobby-skills (reachs)
