as you know that the Erasmus + project offers have apporoaching. as we Kocaeli Afad (https://kocaeli.afad.gov.tr/) we are the center at country of Turkey of Kocaeli provence on the Disasters management. we have  decide to applicate to Erasmus+ and we prepare our project draft and be ocuured our partners. but our project about flood disasters thus  we diffuculty to finding partners and we need only one partner. We are looking for an official university in Europe that specializes in floods and disasters, specially at spain or Germany.
