Dear future Erasmus+ ka2 partners, 

We are CFA Edelia Hernández, an adult education school center http://www.xtec.cat/cfaedeliahernandez/ 
We are searching for partners for an Erasmus+ ka2. We are proposing a project that prevents dropping outs through group dynamics and individual attention. 

Our methodology consists on: 

* First of all, we interview individually our students in order to meet them and extract the information and their academic and personal background which makes a flexible attention. This is our initial welcome protocol.

 
* Secondly, we have a double tutorial program. Two teachers from the staff are in charge of each group (specially with the group with minors and the students with special needs) in order to be updated and accompany our students during their whole learning process. 

* Thirdly, there are psychologists and psychopedagosits within our team and we are linked to universities  in order to be updated in any technique which can be useful for our work and practice.  

Our records prove that absenteeism have been reduced. Moreover, nowadays we are still working in order absenteeism is the minimum  as possible. 

We are very interested in working with partners within the European Union ka 2 countries and also we are interested in finding the coordinator of the project.
