Key Action: Learning Mobility of Individuals.

Action Type: VET learner and staff mobility.

We are looking for reliable hosting organization partners, companies and training centres, to develop professional traineeship for learner and job shadowing for the training centres staff.

As a City Council of Albacete in Spain, we are planning to apply in the present call for proposals to find mobility opportunities in a KA1(102) project directed to unemployed people, recent graduates in Professional Certificates (level 1, 2 and 3), this is VET in the field of Training for Employment. We provide a wide range of training and employment services and as a local government we are working to coordinate a consortium constituted by some employment training centres with a special relationship with our City Council and with the local labour market that provide professional certificates in our city.

We would like to offer them the opportunity to develop internships from 4 weeks to 3 months in order to improve their professional, linguistic and personal competencies as a way to improve their employability.

We are especially interested in English speaking countries as well as companies and training centres with English as a working language, but we are open to other options.
