We are looking for partners for the EU project: „Development and implementation of solutions to maintain the professional activity among employees in pre-retirement and retirement age”.

We are interested in forming a partnership with organizations that are able to provide a method, strategy or a scheme helping ageing employees remain professionally active. 

Solutions of the project have to:

• support enterprises in preparing to retain employees on the labour market after reaching the retirement age,
• help people, 50+ to stay professionally active for longer.

The project implements a model of maintaining the economic activity of employees in pre-retirement and retirement age in SMEs.

There is a requirement that the partners country has to realize the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region. These countries are Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The implementation of the transnational cooperation project includes 6 stages (tasks):
1) preparing a solution in cooperation with the transnational partner;
2) testing the developed solution on the target group of the project, with possible support of the partner
3) analysis of the effects of the tested solution taking into account the expert's opinion(s) and support of the partner;
4. development of the final version of the product (model, tool or solution) ready for implementation, including the results of testing and analysis, carried out with the support of the transnational partner;
5) measures related to the implementation of the solution into practice, with possible support of the transnational partner;
6) development of recommendations for user institutions (which may also be beneficiary or national partner(s)), in order to ensure effective sustainability in the application of the solution developed in the cooperation.
