Through a mobility project (KA1), Skuodas Information Center staff are looking for partners who can help to acquire and improve knowledge related to non-formal adult education in our organisation.

Our organisations target group is very wide, cients of non-formal adult education are seniors, families, educators, teachers, entrepreneurs, tourists, members of rural and urban communities, non-governmental organizations and associations and all adults over 18 years.

Because we have this broad spectre of different target groups we want to improve the coordination of non-formal adult education and become better coordinator as a whole in our municipality.

We want to improve in planning and implementation of adult learning, information and consultation, monitoring and evaluation, ensuring quality of educational events.

The most common requirements for a Coordinator are: ability to motivate and collaborate. Knowledge of adult education (or certain programs); ability to communicate orally and in writing; ability to collect, analyze, synthesize and evaluate a variety of information. Ability to plan and organize; adhere to professional ethical standards. As a a side note creative and thniking skills can not be forgotten, also leadership, knowledge of finance and new tecnologies, etc.

We strive to improve our existing competencies and gain new experience in non-formal adult education and training.
