We are a non-governmental, non-profit association providing, among others, information and guidance in lifelong learning, adult education and career enhancement. In close cooperation with local partner organisations (local career centers, VET providers...), we build sustainable links between indivuduals, seeking for job, up- and reskilling, or professional integration, and local businesses. As a local benchmark player, we are involved in creating and conducting pathways in order to foster professional integration. In regard of target groups, we povide support to all individuals (older workers, refugees, job and up- and reskilling seekers, disabled people...). As for the older workers, we have a lot of experience in providing guidance in career enhancement. Since 2014, we have been committed to promoting the importance of older workers.

Being involved in ESF projects, we’d also like to shape new partenships under Erasmus + programme.

In the frame of the upcoming Erasmus + call for proposals, we are open to cooperation with a european added value in the following areas :

• Benchmarking regarding innovative practices in providing information and guidance (target groups :  workers and job seekers over 50, refugees, low skilled workers) ;
• Upskilling (target group : team of guidance counsillors) ;
• Pathways towards quality assurance and excellence.
