The project aims to foster intercultural exchange and improve digital skills among VET trainees through an international podcast. Trainees from different countries collaborate to share their experiences on training-specific topics, producing 8-12 podcast episodes. The project includes workshops on media production, intercultural communication, and digital literacy, with podcasts published online and promoted via social media. VOICES enhances trainees' creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills while strengthening the network of vocational schools across Europe. This initiative empowers trainees to share their stories and promote best practices in vocational education. Duration: 18-24 months.
