We are working on a project to increase the competences of staff members working with people incarcerated in Europe, in the field of social inclusion and green practices, in order to improve the quality of life of people in state of reclusion. The project also aims to increase the accessibility to education and training for detainees and to create concrete job opportunities to increase their empowerment and financial autonomy while in prison and to enhance their possibility of rehabilitation and reintegration in society at the end of their sentences.
