Looking for KA104 Erasmus+ Partner in Adult Education: job shadowing

CEPA ENTREVÍAS. We are looking for a partner for the KA104 Erasmus + project in adult education: job shadowing-project work.
We are a Spanish Centre for Adult Education that currently offers Initial, Secondary, Basic Professional Training (gardening), Spanish for foreigners and various teachings for personal development (English, Physical Education and Computer Science) in a multicultural neighbourhood near the centre of Madrid (Entrevías).
Entrevías is undoubtedly one of the neighbourhoods with the lowest average income in Madrid, and with a school dropout rate that is twice the average of the capital, but it is a participatory and supportive district. For this reason, our centre has been since it opened its doors in 1975 trying to give an educational opportunity to all those people in the neighbourhood who decide to resume their training, both academic and work.
We have detected in our centre the need to implement new methodologies that develop the different competencies of the students and prepare them for real life, for this reason, we want to develop the Project Based Learning (PBL) methodology in it.
We are looking for a European Adult Education Centre with a similar profile to ours for a KA-104 project. More specifically, we are seeking a job shadowing experience to exchange ideas and knowledge in the field of project-based learning (PBL).
During the 2020/2021 academic year we are developing a KA104 project through which we are improving our knowledge about the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in teaching and learning processes.
Next year we want to continue applying everything we have learned about ICT and, in addition, to continue learning about new active methodologies, especially about Project Based Learning.
This is our second time on Erasmus + and we think it is a remarkably interesting experience for our team, our students and for adult education in general.
