We are looking for:

Hands-on experience in Adult Education: we are interested in organizations with a focus on adult education programs, whether that be through skills training, competency recognition, language education, or other educational initiatives for adults.

We also look for exposure to different pedagogical approaches: we  want to learn from diverse pedagogical strategies and frameworks applied within your organization. Observing your methods will help us broaden our perspective and refine our own practices.

We offer knowledge sharing: our team brings experience in adult education, specifically in the areas of skill recognition, validation of competencies, and facilitating learning pathways tailored for adults. We are willing to share our methodologies, tools, and insights with your organization.
