Dear Partner Schools,

We are a secondary school located in Kocaeli, Turkey, and we are currently preparing an Erasmus+ KA122 project application. We are looking for partner schools to cooperate with us within the scope of Job Shadowing mobility for teachers and school administrators.

🎯 Project Objectives:

Our project aims to:

Promote innovative and alternative teaching models in teachers’ in-class and out-of-class practices in order to enhance students’ 21st-century skills and academic achievement.

Develop the digital skills of teachers and school administrators by supporting the effective use of innovative educational technologies.

Improve teachers’ and school administrators’ competences in inclusive education, thereby creating more inclusive learning environments in schools.

Contribute to the development of students’ 21st-century skills and key competences.

👥 Target Group:Teachers and school administrators.

📅 Planned Mobility Period:April-May   September- October (exact dates will be agreed together with partner schools).

🤝 Preferred Partner Profile:We are looking for partner schools experienced in:

Innovative and alternative teaching methods

Digital education and educational technologies

Inclusive education practices

21st-century skills development

💶 Funding Guarantee:This project will be implemented under Erasmus+ KA122.All mobility costs of the visiting staff (travel, accommodation, and daily allowance) will be fully covered by Erasmus+ funds.There will be no financial cost for partner schools.

🏫 Reciprocal Hosting:We are also willing to host your teachers and administrators in Kocaeli, Turkey, for Job Shadowing activities and share our good practices.
