Digital competences & Service Design Thinking
CONTEXT
The increasingly pervasive digital transformation, exacerbated by the changes of recent years, has catapulted contemporary societies into a climate of continuous change. The current market world therefore requires new forms of learning, based on the ability to solve problems, critical thinking and creativity. These skills are increasingly necessary to live and work in the 21st century society, and it is therefore necessary to strengthen entrepreneurship and planning skills, especially in the very young.
GOALS
DE.S.I.G.N (Decisions, Synergies and Ideas Growing Now) project aims to involve teachers and children from middle and high schools, to guarantee the development of service design thinking, a methodology that uses design skills for the implementation of products or services of social or entrepreneurial importance. By experimenting with them the platform developed within the HIATUS (E+) project, we will try to reach more school and youth contexts, broadening the target to middle schools and other interested schools.
OUTPUT
Entrepreneurial or social products/services created thanks to the training course on service design thinking will be created.
TARGET
Middle schools, high schools (of any type).
