Liudvikas Reza Culture Center is located in a small settlement of Curonian Spit National Park named Juodkrante. 

The goals of the institution's activities are to satisfy and develop the cultural needs of the local community of all age groups, maintain and continue the traditions of the region, foster ethnic culture, organize amateur and professional art events, and provide other cultural services. The institution's activities correspond to its multifunctional character.

The Center:

• takes care of the cultural development of the local population and visitors
• promotes and develops professional art
• curates three ensembles (ethnographic and folk music)
• has historical museum
• runs exhibition hall, where fine arts and music are predominating
• In the summer season, the covered outdoor summer amphitheatre for 600 seats hosts international, national and the community festivals and concerts.
• under guardianship of scientists is developing science and cares of cultural heritage of Lithuania Minor (curatorium activity).
