Tuzla Municipality
Tuzla Municipality (Istanbul, Türkiye) builds an inclusive local learning ecosystem that promotes lifelong learning, employability, social participation and sustainability. Through community learning spaces, libraries, technology and entrepreneurship programmes, and environment-focused units, we design and deliver non-formal and informal learning opportunities for adults and intergenerational groups.
